Formed in Tokyo in 2001, detroit7 toured extensively with Teenage Fanclub, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Shonen Knife, Graham Coxon and more.
They received international acclaim for their hard rocking tunes and raunchy guitar riffs. Syn’s collaboration with detroit7 came through the Shinzo Project, where their single “This Love Sucks” became the theme song for Episode 3 of Synesthesia.
