The much anticipated Railways2 opened nationwide today. After a highly acclaimed pre-release in Toyama, the film is now playing in theaters all over the country.

The original RAILWAYS movie, with its deep-rooted story of love, life and family, was a box office hit in 2010. This subsequent feature of life’s emotional journey was created out of the same inspiration and courage of the original film.

Composed and produced by Nick Wood, the Sydney New Year’s Eve 2011 anthem, “We Are The Light”, has been officially released on the Australia iTunes Music Store today December 1st 2011.

Every year, the Sydney New Year’s Eve Countdown Event attracts interest from all over the world with their breathtaking fireworks and lively atmosphere.
This year’s theme of “Time to Dream” is pioneered and directed by none other than Australia’s acclaimed designer, Mark Newson. Nick Wood in turn drew ideas and inspiration from the theme and ultimately created the final work.
“We Are The Light” was recorded by first-class artists from Australia, and completed at the Los Angeles studios of Australia’s renown producer, Wizardofoz.

All proceeds from iTunes will help aid the humanitarian group, CARE, with their fight to end global poverty.
